- आवेदक का आधार कार्ड
- आवेदक का पेन कार्ड
- आवेदक का बैंक पासबुक खाता
- आवेदक का मोबाइल नंबर जो आधार कार्ड से जुड़े हुए हो
- शैक्षणिक योग्यता का प्रमाण पत्र
- आवेदक का पासपोर्ट साइज़ का फोटो
प्रधानमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना में इस तरह करे आवेदन
- प्रधानमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना में आवेदन के लिए आपको सबसे पहले योजना की ऑफिसियल वेबसाइट पर जाना होगा
- उसके बाद आपको वेबसाइट के होम पेज पर Quick Links का आप्शन दिखाई देगा जिस पर क्लिक के बाद SKILL INDIA के आप्शन को चयन करना होगा
- अब आपके सामने एक नया पेज खुल जायेगा जिसमे आपको ओर विकल्प दिखाई देंगे
- उसके नए पेज के होम पेज पर I Want To Skill My Self के आप्शन पर क्लिक करना होगा
- अब आपके सामने प्रधानमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना में रजिस्ट्रेशन करने का फॉर्म खुल जायेगा
- रजिस्ट्रेशन में आपसे कुछ जरुरी जानकारी मांगी जाएगी जैसे आपका नाम, पिता का नाम, आधार कार्ड आदि ओर भी अन्य जानकारी जिसको आपको आवेदन में भरना होगा
- आवेदन में मांगी गई जानकारी को बड़ी सावधानी के साथ भरना होगा और पूरा आवेदन भरने के बाद एक बार चेक भी कर लेना है जिससे हमारे रजिस्ट्रेशन में कोई गलती नहीं रहे
